Free site survey
All our pre maintenance inspections are free of charge. We are happy to attend site at your convenience, inside or outside normal working hours.
UPS/Generator protection in place within 24hrs
By utilising our extensive engineer base we can put a service and maintenance contract in place within 24hrs of your initial enquiry*.
From Service only through to Business Critical support we can have your service and maintenance protection in place and fully supported without unnecessary delay.
Outside normal working hour’s maintenance visits
By having a UPS in place you are looking to protect your business, it is therefore probable that you don’t want your protection serviced during normal working hours. All our Business level service and maintenance contracts allow “out of hours” maintenance visits at no extra charge.
Monthly payments
We are happy for our customers to pay for their service and maintenance protection monthly at no extra charge.
Multi Site/Unit discounts
Multi unit, site or a combination of both contracts receive significant discounts.
UPS/Generator Combined Contracts
If you have a generator as well as a UPS supporting your business Carter Sullivan offers facility to combine the two pieces of equipment under one contract. The generator can be added to the contract for only £150.00 per annum.**

*The UPS must be of a manufacturer and model supported by Carter Sullivan. The unit must be operational on the initiation of the contract. This offer is only available to UPS located within the UK mainland and no further north than 75 miles of Glasgow. Standard service and maintenance terms and conditions apply.
