Whilst the principle of most UPS installations is the same every site is different. Over the years we have developed a reliable process to make sure your installation is completed safely, on time and provides the peace of mind you need.
Where permitted our engineers create a video explaining what works have been done, identifying areas of interest such as the bypass switch, isolation devices etc. These videos are designed to provide both the user and the Carter Sullivan team an understanding of the work that has been performed.

It’s not just UPS installation and UPS maintenance, we’re also able to host technical training sessions of Eaton products either on-site or at our dedicated training centre in Bedford. We can provide technical insight and support for all Eaton products that you won’t get elsewhere.
