Our process

Environment analysis
The most common cause of UPS failure is overheating. Unsuitable surroundings can lead to this, as can dust build-up. We’ll thoroughly clean your UPS, and identify any environmental risks.
Software updates
Our engineers will perform any firmware and cybersecurity updates your UPS may need. Like most modern technology, a UPS system relies on onboard software to work at its best and keep your business optimally protected.

Component check
Components such as fans, batteries and capacitors will be checked for wear. We’ll advise you well in advance if a component may need replacing, while keeping it safely operational until then.

Report and recommendations
We’ll produce a written report outlining all actions undertaken during the visit, such as the cleaning of components and updating of firmware. The report also details any recommendations regarding the future of the UPS.
